PAWsome Egg Hunt

This Easter Egg Hunt is just for the dogs! Join us at Garrett Park for this fun, energetic event where your favorite four-legged friends will collect treats and prize filled eggs and get a photo with the Easter Bunny. No aggressive dogs or dogs in heat will be allowed for the safety of other guests. All dogs must be leashed and controlled at all times. Separate hunting spots for large and small dogs.

Family Egg Dip

Hop on in for egg hunts in the pool. The Key Log will be available and recreational swimming rules apply. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a swimming adult. Not part of membership privileges, payment will be accepted the night of the event.

Camp DRC

Spend the day with your friends! Engage in a variety of themed games and activities. Bring a lunch, water bottle, swim suit and towel each day.

Safe Sitter Babysitting Class

Learn the skills and knowledge to be a safe babysitter, care for younger siblings and stay home alone. Safe Sitter classes are for students in grades 6-8. Registration deadline is April 1.

Easter Egg Hunt - Derby

Participants will be divided by age groups to hunt eggs: 3 and under, 4-5, 6-7 and 8-10. The Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 11:00am with the youngest group. Then continuing every 5 minutes for the others. Don't forget to bring your basket!

Senior Tuesdays - NEW!

Senior Tuesdays is for adults 55 and better. Join us at 10:00am for coffee and a light snack then an activity, demonstration, or speaker at 10:30am. Pre-registration recommended. Learn about famous female artists then create a mini-original of your own.

Preschool Game Day

Drop in with your preschoolers for a morning of fun! Little ones will play with others developing their social skills while also being physically active by playing a variety of themed games and activities. Come prepared to swim. Parent participation is encouraged. Ages 3-6.

Lifeguard Review

The purpose of the American Red Cross Lifeguard review course is to review the course content to optimize an individual's ability to successfully complete the required knowledge and skills evaluations to become re-certified. Registration deadline is April 7. Ages 15 and older.

One Day Art: Basic Acrylic Paint Pour

Students learn three, unique paint pour techniques. All materials and tools included. Ages 16 and older.

Young Artist: Acrylic Paint Pour for Teens

Acrylic paint pouring is a fun new painting technique. Students will learn three unique painting techniques - taking home three original works of art. Ages 10-15.

Hey Kids Get Your Paint On

Kids create their own masterpiece in a one-day painting class. Registered adults are welcome to paint with their kids. Ages 8-15.

Sip & Paint

Enjoy an evening of painting with friends. Guests may bring their own adult beverages. Must be 21 or older to attend.

Sewing 101: Basics Workshop for Tees

Students gain knowledge of machine parts, how they work, operation, types of needles and threads, and basic troubleshooting. Time is dedicated to learning basic stitches. Materials and sewing machines provided. Students may bring their own machine. Registered adults may sew with their teen. Ages 10-15.

Recycled Art Show - NEW!

Celebrate Earth Day by creating your own art using recycled materials. The Recycled Art Show will showcase local artists. Art will be on display Thursday, April 20 from 6:00-8:00pm and Saturday, April 22 from 9:00am-3:00pm at the Hubbard Arts Center.

Coed Pickleball Tournament

This is a mixed doubles recreational tournament. All games will be self-officiated. Fee is for a 2-person team. Registration deadline is April 19.

DIY Florals: May Day Merriment

Celebrate the traditions of May Day with a fresh floral arrangement and a smaller version to gift to a friend on May Day (May 1). Using techniques learned in class, recreate the arrangement for everyone on your friend list. Techniques learned include how to process fresh floral for maximum vase life. Ages 16 and older.

WSI Aide

Anyone interested in becoming an aide for American Red Cross Learn to Swim programs should take this class. Participants must be at least 11 years old and have Level 4 swimming skills. A swimming check will be done during class, so come prepared to swim. Registration deadline is April 21. Ages 11-14.
