The Gallery is a 5,000 square foot open space that is available for rent 7 days a week. The Gallery can seat 210 with a total capacity of 400.

Rentals are limited to one rental per day on Saturday and Sunday.


INCLUDED WITH RENTAL:

  • 24 round tables (60" - black)
  • 10 banquet tables (6' - black)
  • 210 chairs (black)
  • 4 bar height tables (30" - black)
  • 14' laser projector screen with mounted projector
  • Wireless handheld and lapel mic, Mac mini computer for presentations

ADDITIONAL RENTAL OPTIONS 

  • Set up for tables and chairs 
  • Stage set up and tear down
    Stage includes 10 sections that are 4x4 each.  It can be configured it to several different sizes (i.e. 8’x24’  12’x12’).  It is 16” high and does have skirting that can be added


DISCOUNTED RENTALS

  • Non-profits based in USD 260 are eligible for one rental per year at a 50% discount. 
  • Non-profits based outside USD 260 are eligible for one rental per year at a 30% discount. 
  • All Non-profits based at or associated with McConnell Air Force Base and military groups (Army, Navy etc.) are eligible for a 50% discount on all rates. Examples: holiday parties, training events, and off-site retreats


Weekday and weekend block rental options are available.
