MODIFIED THANKSGIVING BREAK SCHEDULE:

There is a modified fitness class schedule for the week of Thanksgiving due to closings and instructor time off.
View our schedule and make plans to attend. We also have Go-N-Gobble the day of Thanksgiving. Bring 1 canned good per person and come get some fitness in before your turkey day.
