Rentals bookings will start on September 21, 2020. First rentals will begin October 1, 2020.
Rentals include some tables and chairs (different number depending on space), AV equipment if needed, and setup or tear down options.


  • Non-profits based in USD 260 are eligible for one rental per year at a 50% discount. 
  • non-profits based outside USD 260 are eligible for one rental per year at a 30% discount. 
  • All non-profits based at or associated with McConnell Air Force Base and military groups (Army, Navy etc.) are eligible for a 50% discount on all rates.
  • Examples: holiday parties, training events, and off-site retreats

THE GALLERY


The Gallery is a 5,000 square foot open space that is available for rent 7 days a week.

Capacity for the Gallery is 500.

THE COVE

The Cove is a sound/digital media studio that will allow beginners as well as advanced sound and digital media artists to explore and create! Equipped with the latest and greatest equipment for the best end product possible. Create anything from a podcast, a full song piece, to commercials, audio voice-overs, and DJ mixing.

INNOVATION EAST AND WESTIMG_6541

Innovation meeting room serves as a room for the public outside of DRC programming. This room can be rented 7 days a week. 

Capacity for Innovation is 56. Equipped with AV and a rolling TV for presentations

Studio H is the perfect rehearsal room, dance party space, or birthday get together room. 

Rentals are open 7 days a week.
